Yesterday I was at my barber in Heidenheim, a small town in the south of Germany. As always we had an easy conversation about this and that. Then I said "Cetin, I observed that you have no fluctuation among your team, in many other shops I went to at other places I lived the teams were always changing - so what is your approach to keep your team with you?"
